As a glass enthusiast
and collector myself, I know it can be challenging to purchase
art glass online.
I want to put
those challenges at ease. Please take a minute and read my easy, no hassle purchase policies.
Payment - I can
accept checks (with a small wait), money orders, cashiers checks or Paypal where you can use credit cards
or cash.
Shipping
- I pride myself in packing your items safely so they'll arrive
problem free. Typically I use USPS Insured Priority mail.
At times I may also use FedEx, as I can get a good rate on larger
items, so if it's going to be an expensive shipping tab, or
exceedingly large parcel, this may be the best route to go.
Returns
- While I do my best to get accurate photographs and descriptions of
my items, I know there's nothing like seeing the item in person.
I want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why I offer a
three day return policy. Contact me prior to returning the item,
ship the same item back in the same packing material/box and I'll be
happy to provide a refund, minus the shipping, provided the item is
returned in the same condition it was sent. If the item was damaged in
shipping, please contact me, as we'll need to file a shipping carrier
claim.

- Need help determining a replacement value, insurance value or dealer
price? Or are you just trying to determine what your item (or
items) are? I can help! For a reasonable fee I can help
you determine who made the item, when and what it's worth.
