Wilhelm Kralik was the Administrator of the Harrach glassworks. You’ll also recognize this name as the owner of the Myer’s Neffe glassworks – but it wasn’t him, the dates aren’t right.

This Wilhelm Kralik patented Peloton glass for Harrach in 1880. The characteristic of Peloton glass is short filaments of colored glass imbedded in the hot gather of glass

The reason this little fact is important is that people believe Peloton was made by the Kralik firm.
