Unusual Loetz clear crystal controlled bubble Console Bowl, with applied aquamarine acanthus leaf foot and applied stem. 

I've seen another piece of this identical Loetz work in a shell vase. Loetz did a series of shell vases in the Nouveau period around 1900, but this console bowl was done much later.

Really a much nicer piece then I was able to capture in my photos.
