Louis Comfort Tiffany Champagne
Gold iridescent champagne glass with clear gold glass stem, and gold iridescent base which turns blue in shaded light.
This beautiful L.C.T. champagne glass is shown in the book "Behind the Scenes of Tiffany Glassmaking - The Nash Notebooks" by Leslie Nash on page 77.  This is their "Prince" design, and is shown as a Champagne Glass in rich golden lustre. 
Properly signed L.C.T..
